Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has modern and spacious en-suite facilities in the rooms, which were clean and nicely decorated, making for a comfortable stay. The service was friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Its excellent location provides easy access to the Old Walled City and the castle, perfect for exploring the historic sites. The dining options were good and reasonably priced, offering a variety for different tastes.
The hotel is conveniently located just outside the medieval cite of Carcassonne, with stunning views and easy access to the main gate of the city. The rooms are small but sufficient for a short stay, and the service is welcoming, especially the night porter who went above and beyond to help us. The dining options are tasty but come at an extra charge, adding to the value for money aspect. However, the capacity in the small rooms can be insufficient during peak hours, and some minor hiccups with returning room fobs caused unnecessary stress.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The room, though small, had all the essentials for a one-night stay, and was surprisingly comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, even arranging free parking for our large minibus. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the medieval city walls. The dining experience exceeded my expectations, offering a great selection of breakfast options. Overall, a great value for the money.
Despite some minor drawbacks like rooms smelling like cigarettes and being on the smaller side, the hotel offers a congenial service. The location is superb for exploring the medieval city. The dining options are enjoyable, especially for guests with specific dietary needs. The facilities are adequate for a comfortable stay.
The hotel exceeded my initial expectations with its quaint and well-appointed rooms, very clean spacious bathrooms, good breakfast, and exceptional service. The only downside was the rooms being slightly small, but overall, a very pleasant stay.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautifully furnished and maintained to a high standard, though a bit small for a lengthy visit. The service was exceptional, with the staff always friendly, multilingual, and eager to assist with any issues. The location couldn't have been better, just a few minutes walk from the Citadel and close to the old city walls. The dining options were excellent with plenty of choices, and the facilities were top-notch.
